Reviews for Starbucks in Goleta, CA
Please stop lecturing me about wanting a decaf Frappuccino. I like the coffee, and the smaller amount of caffeine. I do not want... a cream based drink. I am spending money on your services. I have been spending money on your services for over a decade. Pleasejust make the decaf blended drink. Read more
It's a Starbucks, I don't know what to say more than that! I mean for realsies it's like every other one in the world these and... coffee fair pastries. It's made attraction is that it's a good place to hook up with friends and chat over a cup of Joe or justhang out with the internet and a Danish. Read more

Give Rick a raise! Helpful, kind and so good natured. Seems interested in each customer. He provides a way better experience... than I get at most Starbucks. Read more
Rick is a leader in the customer service department. He makes it obvious that he is genuinely interested in making sure every... customer gets their orders correctly made and on time, and works hard to make that happen while being quick to share that creditwith the other morning staff members (and rightly so). Every Starbucks location should have baristas like them. Great jobleading, Rick, and thank you to all the staff at Fairview Starbucks! Read more
The young lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful. Different story at the pickup up counter. I received my Star... Drink but not my slice of lemon iced bread. When I asked for the bread, the guy wasn't friendly. Eventually, I received thebread, but it looked like it was man-handled. Probably by the same rude guy. I hesitated eating it because it wasn't sure ifsomeone dropped it on the floor and then put it back in the bag. Read more
International coffee powerhouse serving delicious food and beverages in rapid assembly line fashion.
I've decided to return to this Starbucks which is a convenient stop for my commute. In the past, i've had problems with drinks... incorrectly made, bad service, bad attitudes from employees. I waited until after my third visit to provide a follow-up review. On the positive side they seem to have improved on making the drinks consistently but on the service end with the exception ofone guy who is also the Bartista. and one girl, the rest of the women at this Starbucks are not very friendly. They're notopenly rude, unless you count ignoring the customer. On each occasion my experience has seen them cleaning and restocking onlyglancing up at me occasionally but not acknowledging at my presence. They could have at least let me know that someone would bewith me in a moment. The guy who's making the drinks who's busy takes the time to take my order while these girls stand aroundalmost pretending to work. One particular girl who is blonde only seems interested in helping the good looking young guys. Shespecifically ignored me at the counter but when I stepped away some of the guy walked up and she immediately helped him. Andwhen I step back to the counter she walked away. I don't know what this chick's problem is. This Starbucks is not focused oncustomer service. As I mentioned there are a few friendly people here but you can't pick and choose who serves you. I wouldprefer to go to the Starbucks at Stork & Hollister, it's a shame it's not as convenient to get to. Don't believe the five starreviews you see about the Fairview Starbucks. It's real hit and miss on the service and more miss than a hit for me. Read more
