Came here twice on my short trip to SB and both times the ladies behind the counter were very nice and my latte was absolutely... perfect. I?m an oat milk latte person and I don?t like it too sweet when I add vanilla. I asked for only half the amount andthey made it perfectly. Best latte I?ve had in a long time. Going to edit my review again. Happy to see the pastry shelves are now stocked with treats! Good job. I really liked the... previous big slice of bread, used for the toast. Maybe I can get to like the new thinner one. Is it possible to bring the otherbread back? I'm really hoping!!!!! Liked the previous more generous spread on top of the toast. It made the toast seem special,something worth getting rather than making my own. Yeah I know everything costs more. Keep up the good work Dune. Doing a lotbetter, so adding a star.. Twice I had to dump my oat cap as undrinkabke while afew other times has been delicious. Why is this? Using spoiled or off-brand oat milk on some days? Or is it the coffee? Theservice is always nice. Food choices leave a lot to be desired, especially as they are often out of what little they have. Hopethis shop steps up its game and starts delivering great drinks each and every time! As you walk in you are greeted by the delicious smell of coffee. I ordered the iced tres leches drink, which was like drinking... the cake itself. The bathrooms were moist and the blueberry scone was clean. Wait, I mixed those up. 5 stars. Read more
Espresso drinks are good - especially enjoy having a cappuccino or latte at this location. Good location with plenty of parking... and natural light permeating through. Customer service is mostly good from the staff during my visits. Appreciate the clean andaccessible bathrooms, no need for a code or a key like in some other cafes. Reasons for not bumping up to 5 stars: wish theywere open later (at least until 6:00 PM perhaps?) and would be nice if they had a strong dark roast option for drip coffee atthis location. Read more
A chain coffee place with reliable and good coffee drinks. The avocado toast is a thick hearty bread that handles the slathered... avocado and strong salt flakes well. Cherry tomatoes are have little voice over the rest of the toast. Tables and window seatinginvites college students to study or find a reason to lull around. Outdoor seating is always ideal with such wonderful SantaBarbara weather. Hands down a better tasting coffee than Starbucks. Read more
Always love going there to get some work done. Thought I took photos of the place but can't find them now. I prefer this place... to the one downtown - has more tables, nicer outdoor patio, restrooms, etc. Read more
