They have very fatty wings probably the worst wings I?ve ever had and the sause tastes like they took Texas Pete and mixed it... with water then boiled the wings (the skin has no crispyness at all to them just soggy) I?ve eaten here twice and both times ittasted that way, 6-8 months apart from each time I?ve eaten here. So it?s probably not the workers making it bad the recipe justsucks. I prefer pizza huts wings but their so expensive 6 pc for $11 ???? I?ll probably never find a good alternative. Read more

Clearly this is NOT a family safe establishment. During my 10 minute wait for at least a "Hi, welcome to Wing Stop" I had no... other choice but to listen to the overbearing sounds of rap music laced with the n-word as well as an abundance F-bombs. Thatshould have been my cue then, but I stayed. There was a discrepancy with the person in front of me. Apparently, she ordered &paid for her food online and by the time she reached this fine (sarcasm) establishment some 45 minutes later...her food stillwasn't ready. She was told that it would be another 20 minutes. There was three people working. She rightfully declined andrequested her money back. That turned into an even longer process and I'm still waiting to at least be acknowledged. A fewminutes more of waiting and finally decided that it just wasn't worth it. Went in for a variety of wings. Once ready had to wait from 5-10 minutes to order. I purchased the Group Pack (40 wings, 4... flavors + 4 dips). Flavors: Lemon Pepper- 7/10, Hickory Smocked BBQ- 4/10, Spicy Korean Q- 8/10, Mango Habanero- 7/10. All werebone in. Read more
Ordered my food at 4:20pm to pick up at 5:15pm. Arrived at 5:20pm and they say it's not ready yet. 5:45pm looks like they just... put in my order stating they're busy and it'll be 15 more minutes and that's after at least 8 people came in and placed ordersand left with their food. I left with an "I'm sorry for the wait". This is the second time my order was not ready within 30minutes of me arriving. Read more

Awful service. Poor quality food. Plenty of people in the cooking area, but nobody could be bothered to help the person taking... our order , who did not know what she was doing. We waited for 40 minutes to find out that our order was sitting on a shelf thatnobody knew about; they kept telling us it was coming up soon. Way too many people working there for nobody to know how to dotheir job. I like to be fair on restaurants these days knowing that there is a problem finding people that want to work, butthis place sucks. Read more
