Gentleman taking our order was friendly and pleasant. Ordered a pretzel pub burger.....got and was charged for triple... burgers.....double checked menu afterwards and triple is not the normal. Fries were luke warm. Wouldn't go back to thislocation. Spicy chicken meal was hot and tasty. Read more
Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I finally made it to the menu board to place my order and was told there system went down... and it would be a few minutes to get it back up. After waiting another 15 to 20 minutes and no one took my order and no one saidanything I left! Read more

Stood for 20 minutes to pick up an order. I spoke up when people were getting orders ahead of me. The employee claimed I... didn't say anything. Even after speaking up, they never had the order ready. 1. What does he think I'm standing in therestaurant for? 2. The point of a delivery is to have it right there and ready to pick up. 3. There's a mobile order shelfthat could have been used, but wasn't. This was a ridiculous experience that wasted my and the customer's time. Read more

Burger was tasteless and messy. Service was cordial. The person that handed me the meal responded "ok" after I said thank you.
Horrible. Disgusting. Filthy. Lazy employees standing around doing a bunch of nothing. Had to potty before I left. Most... disgusting bathroom I've seen in the entire country. Scraps of paper products all around, but no rolls of paper in the stall.Ladies room out of order, so ladies have to use the men's room? This kind of stuff is unacceptable! Employees need to be fired.Management needs to be fired. And the owner needs to have their franchise license revoked.
