My husband went to this subway on his lunch break to get us lunch! He handed the lady with the goatee a paper with how I wanted... my sub made.... needless to say the sub was made INCORRECTLY. On the wrong type of bread and veggies were ALL WRONG. I took thesub, paper and receipt all back to them, sub untouched! And politely told them the issues. They were QUICK to inform me "we donot remake subs and do what we're told"... well apparently they can't read. They're always beyond RUDE and their customerservice stinks!!!!! Extremely long wait to place my order. Only one type of bread available. They were out of cheese, tomatoes, etc. They only had 2... people working- trying to make subs, ring people out and answer the phone. I fault the manager for allowing this to happen. Iwas also charged for an extra sub.I did not notice thus until I was home. We will not be going back. Read more
Not pleased at all with this location! I ordered through the app, steak and cheese PRO with extra protein but what I got was a... regular portion of steak. This meal was over $16 with the extra protein. I tried to call to let them know that I had an issuebut no one answered the phone. My Tuna w/spinach wrap & veggies was delicious! I was disappointed that unsweetened tea was not an option for my beverage and... person who prepared my sandwich and person who rang up the order at the cash register were noticibly unhelpful , unfriendly &disinterested in my being a satisfied customer. Please close this store. Every time I visit the store, there are different employees. No one stays past a month or two. There is... one little fellow who has no idea what he's doing. He tries his best to stay in the back until one of the other employees callhim out front to help. But anyway.....Today was my most horrible experience. I purchased two salads and two subs. My husband andI are eating the salads and he crunches down on something. Well, it was a piece of glass. Yes, glass. See the picture below. Iwill be calling the corporate office tomorrow. I should have seen this coming. This store should have been closed down a longtime ago. The service is poor and if you don't go inside to watch them make your food; you don't know what you'll get. This location (Ash st.) will never get my money again. I visited here on a Wednesday night and there was a polite gentleman... working that gave great service. He let me add to my All American sandwich whatever veggies I wanted, as I have always done atany Subway location. I was so happy about my service and food that I even left a tip. My service was so pleasant that I decidedto go to this location the following night. Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience. There was a frumpy, short, olderlady there this time and although the store was clean, she did not provide the same pleasant service I had the night before.When it came time to add veggies to my All American sub, she did not allow me to add jalepanos, or anything for that matter, tothe sub. I asked would it cost extra and she said nothing could be added to the sub and that left me baffled. NEVER in my yearsof going to Subway have I been told this. I was totally disappointed. To add insult to injury, my wheat bread was hard and itwas not a good sandwich. The contrast between her and the guy who helped me the night before was crazy. I wish I didn't spend mymoney there after my experience but going forward I would just visit another location when I am craving a Subway sub.
