It was the first time I've ordered from there. It was delicious! I ordered way too much food but it was still fairly cheap for... the amount I ordered. I had the chicken sandwich combo with fire and tea. Even the tea was good! Surprisingly because it wasclose to closing time. Read more
Order was looking terrible, so I asked for my money back, which I got, but the manager at the time 6:20pm Friday 16th September... 2022, decided to tell me that she has seen me do this all the time, when it was in fact, this was the first time I have askedfor my money back. She had bad attitude. I wish I had taken a picture of the "meal". Is it that all dark skinned people look thesame to her? I usually buy at lunch time and never had a problem. Horrible horrible popcorn shrimp. I've never been more disappointed in my life. Couldn't eat a single shrimp out of my entire... combo. All the shrimp was breaded over dried hard shrimps. I seriously want my money back! I was just passing through so goingback wasn't a option. Read more
Went to popeyes the first night because I had not cooked because I was working in the yard. I was highly impressed with the level of customer service I received from the minute I walked in until the time I left. I was... greeted upon entering and thanked for my patience while they made my food. The woman that took my order made sure she hadeverything correct and that she spelled my name right. I've had so many people misspell my very common name, so I was surprisedsomeone actually took the time out to get it right. I ordered the 5 piece spicy chicken tenders combo, but had to wait on thetenders to cook. I was informed of the wait time and the women at the front checked on me while I waited to make sure I wascomfortable. The food was hot, the drink was delicious, and I was served with a smile from everyone who interacted with me.While the dining area is kinda small, they do have an area to eat at outside that offers additional space. The restaurant wasclean, well kept, and everything was stocked and neat in the drink area. I definitely enjoyed my experience and will bereturning in the future. Read more
