We have been patrons since "Andys" Highway 55 opening in Berkeley mall. We have stuck through an occasional meal cooked not so... good as most are good. I was starving after a day of shooting and a very long drive. I walked in and thought ?ehhh?, but I stayed. The place was pretty... crowded and the drive thru was jammed. I thought ?can?t be that bad?. Boy was I wrong. My burger was like dog food in between 2pieces of soggy cardboard. I literally could not eat it and I did not eat it. I instead ate the hard, burnt, fried 5 times onionrings simply to save myself from complete starvation. I watched a waitress stick her unwashed hand deep into the milkshakemixing cup to spoon out the bottom into someone?s cup. I was really happy that I did not order a milkshake. I?m still baffledthat anyone who has already eaten here actually returns to eat again. I?m confident that everyone in this town may havecompletely lost their tastebuds. Gross. Read more

We ordered take away from here tonight and our onion rings were basically raw ???? also made our burgers wrong and they just... threw the foods in parchment paper, and everything was SOAKED in grease. Definitely won?t be ordering from here again. Read more

Overall, our visit today was very disappointing. The restaurant was dirty (tables sticky, trash on the ground, spilled soda on... the ground, etc.) despite there being plenty of employees and very few customers. The wrong food was brought to our table. Whenthe waitress realized it, she came back, asked us if we had touched the food, and when we said no, she took the food from thetable and placed it on the correct table. Surprisingly, the other table didn?t request fresh food. When our correct orderarrived, it was disappointing. We wont be returning. Read more

The worst 55 hamburger place I ever ate at place was dirty. The that hamburger was burnt tasteless and unappetizing. The place... look like it was won by bunch of little high school kids with no management. That used to be my go-to place for a hamburger butnot anymore. When I drove up the parking lot was empty on a Sunday afternoon now I know why. The franchise a Highway 55 so lookinto the establishment. In my opinion the owner does not know how to win a business! DON'T EAT HERE. Absolutely terrible experience. The only good thing out of this order was that the food was ready on time. Mine... and my wife's burgers were both literally SMASHED in the foil and somehow completely bland despite the other ingredients. Thefrench fries were absolutely disgusting. Covered in oil and completely absent of any seasoning, just plain potatoes dunked inoil. And they were wrapped in thin wax paper, which leaked all over the inside of the bag from the gallon of oil left on thefries. The shakes were halfway melted when I picked up the order and by the time I got home ten minutes later, one of the shakeshad leaked all over the cupholder in my car. As an added bonus, they also gave me someone else's food?? This location is adumpster fire and it's no wonder the parking lot was empty. I want my money back. Read more

Service has definitely declined . The children working behind the counter were slow, gossiping and inattentive. Waited at... least 15 minutes for cold food. The person waiting on me was speaking in ?code? to her coworker and wore a mask incorrectly under her chin. This is expected when you hire unprofessional, inexperienced children. They definitely would benefit fromadditional customer service training and health and safety training. This is the worst service in recent history. I wish I couldgive ZERO STARS! The location was at the Hwy 111 restaurant, around 4-4:15 pm on 2-15-21. Read more
