It was just nasty. The lettuce tasted like it had bleach on it. The potatoes soup was like water. First and last time.

I ordered the New York Steamer and it was a soggy mess! They go way overboard on the condiments. Then I attempted to eat this... mess and I couldn't even chew the meat because of the fat in the pastrami and on top of that it was cold. I went to the counterand asked for a knife and fork because the meat was so tuff and they acted like it was nothing unusual? I have eaten at thislocation before and it was better back then. We had a wonderful experience at Firehouse Subs today. We had not been in a very long time due to a bad experience with food... and staff. We love their subs so we gave them another chance. New managers and the store looked great and clean. Staff wasfocused on service and making great subs. So pleased they are back at being great. Read more
The food was super soggy and way too greasy (which a little grease is to be expected, but not this much). It took well over... 15-20 minutes to get the food due to other major issues with other customers. Customer service isn?t that great. Read more
