Loved this place! Icecream was absolutely delicious! But be expected for it to hit the wallet pretty hard. Icecream for 3 people... in the smallest size available, 2 in a cone and 1 in a cup. Cost us a little over $25! We're most likely going back, but it'llhave to be for a special occasion treat. Read more
The line was literally out the door with only one young lady preparing orders and working the register. The owner/manager (?)... was present?he prepared one door dash order and went to the back. We saw him come out a couple times to do miscellaneous thingsbut he clearly had no interest in assisting his team member or customers. I waited in line for about 25 min. When I realized hewasn?t going to help move the line I decided to leave. I went to Old Navy & as I was leaving out I saw the man in front of mewalking out of Cold Stone with his ice cream. Store had a sing on the door "CLOSED UNTIL FURTHUR NOTICE ". Open sign with lit. I pulled on the door, it was open. Several... people had walked by and told me they were closed, because if the sign. My wife and I visited the location in Goldsboro on 10/10/2022 in the evening at approximately 7:00-7:30 pm. During our visit... there seemed to be a plumping issue to which the two young girls working did such an amazing job of dealing with that and notallowing it to impact the customer service. During this extremely stressful situation, they were both courteous andprofessional. One girl was handling the plumbing issue, while the other girl took care of the customers. Not once did my wife ormyself feel as if the experience was unpleasant, but instead came away extreme impressed of how these two YOUNG girls kept theircomposure and apologized for any inconvenience, to which there was none. I hope your company can recognize the two young girlsfrom this evening, and I wished I had gotten there names, but I am sure you have a way with all the technology readily availableto look this up. Please take time and recognize these young girls, and celebrate the one girl showing urgency to deal with theissue at hand and the other young girl behind the counter who truly represented your company in such a precessional andcourteous way!
