As others have said, I'd simply recommend going to a different Panera. Today, I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and... received a Tuna Salad sandwich instead. We ordered for pick up so we couldn't go ask for a correction. I'm also a vegetarian soreally wonderful to receive a meat-based sandwich when ordering the only veg option! A few weeks ago, we had ordered and therewas a large, very hard corner from a soup bag in the broccoli cheddar soup. I think we'll be skipping Panera for a while now -they can't seem to get orders right! Plus soup and a half sandwich for two people at over $30 is just outrageous for what youget (which is never what you order)... Read more

I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this specific location either has very sporadic hours that fluctuate with the wind or... they are always out of something or many things. For mobile orders, it feels rare that you are even able to order. The otherlocation a few miles away always has food in stock and can order from the app. I try to go to this location since it is farcloser to where I need to be. This place has great hazelnut coffee and of course the food is delicious. there is a very special employee there , Alexis. She... greets the morning with warmth and smile and makes your day better by her interactions. It makes me want to come back! Panerais lucky to have her! Ordered a turkey avocado sandwich, paid for it, when I get it I realize there?s no avocado. I bring it back and they tell me... they?re out of avocado, just ran out, and I?m like ?well then why did you let me order it?? The young woman was clearly rude andannoyed. She told me to go to the register to ask for a refund, which they did (after realizing they were out of avocado, thanksto me?probably had taken more orders since), $1.39 credit to my card for a $12 sandwich I probably wouldn?t have ordered had Iknown they didn?t have avocado ???? Quick place to grab lunch if you don't mind the driving/parking nightmare that is getting past the Costco gas lines. Sat outside... on the patio, lots of tables, very few chairs outside. Cashier was very good at suggestive selling larger sizes and addingdrinks and bakery items. Read more
They got rid of breakfast in this location which was a mistake. Then, since the pandemic, the prices have gone up and the... quality of food has gone down. Just one example of many? today I ordered the larger of the ?chicken noodle soup? servings. Itwas 98% broth. Zero chicken, 4 noodles, 3 carrot slices. Yes I counted. ???? It cost 11+ dollars. I?d rather support a localbusiness than a greedy chain that does high enough volume to stay in business, but still decides to use inflation as an excuseto squeeze more money out of consumers while lowering the quality of their food at the same time.
