This joint was pretty good with unique brats - I had the duck cilantro & hubs had the jalapeno cheese. The toppings were... generous (onions/mushrooms) and the bun was nice. We could pass on the fries however & the mustard & dip selection was a nicevariety, but we didn't enjoy the flavors of any of those. Good beer hang out after work. Read more

I love this place. Great spot to come for lunch. I tend to always go back to the wild rice brat as it is truly a favorite. This... time I got it with sautéed mushrooms. Game...changer! So good. And, of course, you can't come here without getting that awesomegiant pretzel with the pepper jack cheese sauce. finished it off with that lift bridge rootbeer. Fast and friendly service. New Bohemia has a little feel of a German beer hall with large shared tables. They have a generous selection of beers on tap.... There is a daily happy hour with select $3 pints. These happy hour pints have some choices beyond a light beer. There are avariety of sausages served on high quality buns. The bartender was extremely friendly and helpful in ordering. Read more
