Every time I have been in this place, the cashier who's an older guy of possible Indian decent, is outrageously rude, speaks to... people with a condescending attitude, and treats you like garbage. I remember him from the holiday gas station off Medicine LakeRoad, and he's the reason why I stopped going to that gas station as well. Don't hire people that have an attitude problem, oract like they have entitlement issues. Done with this gas station now too!! ???? Read more
So I don't normally leave reviews but my short visit brought me back, the cashier acted like he'd rather be anywhere but there.... Never told me my total, had to ask him twice because he was speaking so low. Just really poor customer service, I don't need aparade when i come in but jeez I definitely don't need the attitude. Clean story, friendly staff. However, beware of their car wash. It is not touch free and the hanging cloths that the wash... drags over vehicles caused serious damage to mine. I reported to the store manager, spent the last month trying to get theowner to own up to it but no luck. The Linn Companies owns the facility, as well as others so be careful. Read more
I work at a dealership near by and we use them to gas up our vehicles. Fantastic staff. They take the time to recognize us and... have tickets ready ahead of time. It's evident they all enjoy working together because there's always someone laughing when youwalk in. Employee of the month should go to Twon for helping me out when my card was acting up. I love this gas-station convenience store! It?s located in a little nook off the highway and it?s a totally stress-free... experience. The staff behind the counter are genuinely friendly people and keep the place spotless. Their coffee is sensationaland it comes from the highest quality coffee makers money can buy. It comes with all the creams and sugars you want, literallyevery type you can possibly think of ever wanting, it?s there. My compliments to Erica and all the staff that work there.
