No stars. The guy who took our order was rude, told me to order one thing at a time (all I'd said was two 4 for 4s), then... repeated back the wrong thing and told me to start over and speak clearly. Then when I asked if they had Minute Maid lemonadesaid yes, but after we left we saw that not only did he still give us the fresh lemonade but charged us extra for it to boot. Wehad the wrong burgers for the 4 for 4s and I asked for 3 orders of nuggets, he only rang in 2. Gave us the wrong sauces, too.The worst part? Management took orders from the customers one by on, I was wearing my Amazon uniform and was on lunch so the process took even... longer. Take the rest of the line THEN wash your hands and THEN make the orders. The privileges of being in a predominantlyCaucasian area was not the issue, although the customers in front of me were taking their time ordering as well. Wasted my wholelunch break so I wasn't able to eat my food while it was hot. For the location to be in a senior citizen district the door werehard to open and I was door checked by the hydraulic hinge and lost my drinks on the way out. I just don't leave reviews for fast food. However, this location earned a special one-star review for their poor service. We had... been out all day and still needed to head home another 90 minutes away. We didn't find the problems with our sandwiches until Ihad gotten on the Interstate and by that time it was too late to turn around. The only thing correct was the sodas. The friesfor all three of us were over salted. The chicken sandwich for my daughter had tomato when I specifically said no tomato. Myspicy chicken sandwich I had asked for plain but they still added everything on and my wife's burger was not cooked all the waythrough. I cannot recommend this location. Read more
Really unperfesional manager. Human feces on concrete near front door. Ordered plane meals recieved everything on cheese... burgers. Went back to have order fixed and had sliding door in drive threw slammed by rude teen. Any other option would berecommended. I will not return. Read more
They got my order wrong and we're very rude about it. The worker slammed the window when he handed us our food. There was also... feces on there front door step that they should have cleaned up immediately when my passenger stepped in it. They didn't. Theycouldn't even offer an apology when it happened. After a long wait in drive thru. Staff @ the window was nice. Brought the food home in minutes. Order was correct. It all went... wrong from there. The two burgers were not fully cooked still really pink. Too pink to consume. Chile had a chemical taste. Willnever return. Read more

This is the second time I have tried to order the sausage, egg & swiss croissant and once again it came without the swiss cheese... sauce! I really enjoyed these but will go back to Burger King now! Read more
