Arrived at 9:20pm as it shows on Google that close at 10pm but was closed? The door hours even show that they close at 10pm but... the lady was putting food away and turned the open sign off? Not good to close before advertised hours as it createsinconvenience for the customer. Read more

I ordered a party platter on Friday to pick up Sunday at 11:00 AM. When I arrived Subway had no knowledge of the order. They... promised to have it ready and delivered to me in an hour. Two and a half hours later I drove back to pick it up. The order wasdone but not what I ordered. I was told they could not find me. I have tried to contact the assistant manage, Lenny.. Went in last evening at almost closing, the young man was friendly and very helpful. The sandwich however was not. The bread... hadn't even been baked ( didn't notice till I got home) it was a meatball footlong, so it was toasted, but that was it. Seems hepicked bread from the raised pan, that hadn't even been in the oven. Perhaps more training is needed here. Plus the store wasvery poorly stocked. Very dissapointed. I normally don't give 5-stars to fast food out of principal, but the guy working tonight appeared to be working by himself, for... a busy dinner rush, and made what I can only call a perfect Subway sandwich. The ingredients were evenly distributed, andnothing was shorted - they could've used it for a commercial. Super happy I visited Subway for the first time in months. Read more
