So sad, I was really craving a Subway sandwich, but I left pretty disappointed today. There were random green onions and pickles... in my sandwich when I didnt order them and they wouldn't honor a coupon I had for a discount (with no explanation), but thentook the coupon and wouldnt allow me to take it for future visits. Update: We decided to try this location again and the woman who was working tonight (July 26, 2022) was absolutely lovely! Very... kind and helpful! A welcomed change. Honestly one of the most sad and disorganized Subways I have ever been to. The threeemployees who served us obviously hated their jobs and each other. They were making snarky and rude remarks to each other. Beingvery passive aggressive. It took them forever to make our food and the attitude they gave us was ridiculous. I get a very basicsandwich with next to nothing on it, so I asked for double meat. The lady who made my sandwich kept yelling to the wholerestaurant "double meat! She got double meat! Hey did you hear me? Double meat!" The cashier answered her the 1st time and said"okay double meat" I had already paid for it and she still yelled two more times. It was very embarrassing. Honestly guys, ifyou hate your job that much, find a new job. Don't take it out on your customers. Read more

Don?t waste your time here. You?ll never get a sandwich In a reasonable amount of time. There?s often 1 person working and I... always witness someone upset about their online order not being processed. The owner should be stepping it up and helping theemployees but instead every weekend there?s a single employee taking the heat for the owner?s inability to run this place. 3-orders, 3-sick people, was there for over 40 minutes just trying to FORCE them to give me the items on my sandwiches, in the... amounts I wanted. They argued with me that the amounts of items I wanted on my sandwiches would cost me more. When I said "Idon't care just make it the way I want it and charge me more," they still wanted to give me attitude about it. After goingthrough 2 sandwich builders, I finally got the sandwiches I wanted. The ONLY plus was that the extra veggies I wanted didn'tcost me extra in the end. I still feel like DEBBIE should be represented ot terminated for the attitude she displayed. Toudon't argue with a customer. You simple give them what they want in the amounts they want, charge them accordingly an do so witha smile and keep your comments to yourself. Do all this with a smile and avoid any confrontation. You are servicing me. Notvice-versa. Simply do your job with a pleasant face or maybe even with a smile. It's not that hard. Read more

had no issues with my specific requested sandwich, bread was fresh. Joshua was the person who made my sandwich and made sure i... got what i asked for. i speculated how he treated the customer in front of me and it was with as much respect as i would my ownmother. On top of the good attitude, he was working alone that day as well, which we all know how frustrating that can be. Read more

I often come to this subway around lunch and the employees are very kind and doing their best considering the place is... under-staffed. However, the last time I came in there was a man working I hadn?t seen before. As soon as I walked in he wasarguing with a customer over change and threatening to call the police, I don?t know what the situation was but I felt bad forhim at first because he was the only worker and there was a long line and I?m sure it?s tough being a service worker who isover-worked. So I was very nice to the guy and ordered my 2 sandwiches that I always get for my partner and I: a veggie delightand a Turkey italiano. The man told me I can only order a Turkey italiano online even though I get it every time and from thissame location. I explained to him it?s just an Italian bmt with Turkey instead of ham but he continued to argue with me that hecan?t make it cuz it?s not on his menu. I was very calm and kind to him but he made some very rude comments asking me if he wasspeaking Chinese multiple times and speaking very slow with hand gestures as if I wasn?t smart enough understand him orsomething. I continually told him that I understood what he was saying but I order this sandwich every time and it has neverbeen an issue that it?s not on the menu. Finally, he said he would make it this time but he was going to charge me double, so atthat point I just walked out and got my sandwiches from another subway down the road (on union blvd) that has much kinderemployees who don?t talk down to me, don?t try to charge me double, and know what they?re doing.
