Doesn't accept Starbucks Rewards stars
So so on the customer service, depends on when you get there lol
I put in "coffee shop" in google maps and it decided to take me to the dining center of some university. Extremely frustrating.
The service from Sam Winstead was amazing! I'll be coming back for sure.

It?s Starbucks. They don?t vary a lot, are kinda overpriced, but are also delicious.
I ordered a $49 order from this Starbucks from Doordash. The first order was canceled 3 minutes before the delivery was suppose... to arrive at my house 2 hours and 7 minutes after the first order was placed. I then replaced the order and the drinks werealmost completely melted upon arrival. The driver was very angry the second I opened the door to approach him, and would notstop complaining about having to delivery to us through the entire process of money handling etc. . We are literally right offof I70. It was highway the entire way to my home and then two very short turns about 60 second from the highway. I found thisman completely unprofessional along with Starbucks and Doordash. Read more
This place is great? Even tho it?s on a college campus and they don?t do rewards you can always earn the stars so I?m never... losing and most of the time the merchandise is on sale because the students can?t buy them with their student cards so I foundmy new Starbucks home Read more
