Reviews for Nosu Ramen in Golden, CO
I don?t like writing bad reviews for places where the service is good and the staff are kind, and those things were true at Nosu... Ramen, but the ramen was unfortunately some of the worst I?ve had (I love ramen and have tried a lot of ramen places around thecountry). The soft boiled egg was also barely cooked - soft boiled eggs should have runny yolks, but in this case even the whiteof the egg was so runny it didn?t even hold its shape in my spoon (picture attached). My husband did like his pork katsu, though. Read more
Sad to say but this is not authentic Japanese ramen. I had high expectations coming here with all the good reviews. We got a... Karaage, a Tonkatsu ramen and a Duck ramen. Karaage was alright and both ramen bowls were mediocre at best. If we have to ratethe food, it?s probably 3.5/10. As much as I wanted to like it, I was thoroughly disappointed. Broth definitely lacks flavors,it has too much ginger in it (which is not the case for authentic ramen), broth is on the thinner side, especially the Tonkatsupork broth could be creamier, ramen toppings were unconventional but not in a good way. The star of the bowl was probably thepoached egg. Service was good but that couldn?t save the below-average food. They also have a variety of drinks but we didn?tdrink so this review is based on the food only. Overall, I didn?t enjoy the food here and will not be back. If this place islabeled as ?fusion? then the experience is somewhat acceptable, but if you are looking for real authentic Japanese ramen, I?dskip it. Read more

This restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere is nice, the food is really good, and the servers are great! There are some bar seats... and tables to sit at depending on if you're in a group or just a solo diner. I'd highly recommend the Duck Ramen, but all ofthe ramen look delicious. Their karaage is also very crispy and delicious as well. I was in Colorado for a week and ended upeating here twice because I absolutely loved the food. Would highly recommend trying this restaurant! The pork soup dumplings are amazing and the braised chicken ramen was outstanding. Pork Katsu with plum sauce is a winner too!... We are so happy to have this in the neighborhood! Read more
The pork buns here were decent, but the gyoza was meh, a bit chewy and not the best flavor. The ramen was probably the most... disappointing. The noodles were clumpy and undercooked, and in mine the shishito peppers were an odd addition that didn?t quitemesh. We could also see into the kitchen from our table and noticed some bare hand contact with the food? Read more
