Put me on hold for 20 min the 3 times I called. Went in to get my order that I placed online for delivery, 3 people working and... one other customer in the store. They didn?t have my order and when I expressed my frustration about putting me on hold all hesaid was ?we were busy? Over priced... sandwiches went up to 9$... the nation average for the same sandwich is 6.50$. I can make my own for a lot... less. I use jimmy johns for measurable quality and convenience. I dont know how this store is still in business. 1 hours wait times, and they somehow still mess up making a sandwich.
chronically understaffed, it is impossible to get a delivery order from this store, and if you're lucky they might even get... around to letting you know that they cannot deliver your order, several hours later. what a joke. Read more
If I could I would give them zero stars. Waited 1 1/2 hours, called three times and was hung up on. I finally called and... canceled my order and asked for a refund. The lady on the phone told me they were busy and the driver was getting ready to leavefor our delivery. Don?t waste your time going to this location. Definitely won?t be ordering from here again. Sandwiches are good, but they aren't the best I've ever had. Definitely not worth the price.
