Simple story: drive-thru, "Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger," store is understaffed and slow, when it comes the bag seems light but it... smells good, we hit the road, unwrap sandwich a couple miles down the road and aha, it's nothing but the bun and bacon andcondiments. No burger, no cheese. Would not recommend this place. If you go, check your order at the window. Read more
Walked in to pick up my doordash pickup order and wasn't helped for almost 10 minutes untill I finally saw someone come out of... the back. I was greeted with "what do you want" and when I said I'm here for a pick up she said I have no orders, when I lookedat my phone they canceled my order on me. They even went to the extent of saying in Spanish "this white chick needs to leave Icanceled her order" I would rather take my business anywhere else, even the hotdog cart at home depot. Super Disappointed last 2 visits. When got home order was missing food Fries was so greasy that the box was drenched in grease... un eat able and I leave 15 min sway who's driving back. Send a detailed message no one cared to even respond Read more
Food was freshly made but service was slow. They seemed to prioritize the drive-thru orders above the eat-in orders.
This is a wonderful crew and very polite. I enjoy this Jack in the Box because they seem to get my order correct nearly every... time. When there is an issue, its minor, and they remedy it immediately with diplomacy. I'll be back again and again. Thanks toall of you and Kudos! Read more
Would NOT recommend. This is what I received when I paid $3 for an order of curly fries. Disgusting. The male at the drive... through couldn't answer a question about whether the chicken in the tacos was dark or white meat. He could only say 'its justregular chicken' but couldn't explain what "regular" chicken was. SMH. Read more
Cleanest fast food restaurant I have been to. Service was fast and friendly. Had both curly and regular fries and both were hot... and crispy. Double Jack was perfect as well. Highly recommend this restaurant for price and quality. Read more
Did drive Thur but their onion rings were delicious
