If I could it would be negative stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE. We ordered this for our work thanksgiving party spent $1,800 on... cold food, two trays of the food had hair in them, they did not provide any serving utensils or plates EVEN THOUGH WHEN WEORDERED WE CONFIRMED IF IT CAME WITH THE ORDER AND THEY SAID YES. So thankfully we had plates in our office. We ordered half theorder for salad so for 30 people and was one small plastic bin. The bread was cold and hard. I called and complained right awayand was told to file the complaint with them via the phone and online. I did both. It is now 12 days later and they are stilltelling me someone is going to call. They wont provide any customer service email address and they say EVERYONE is too busy toanswer a call. I call corporate number and they have a machine that only asks you to leave a voice mail which i did as well. The location is Winter Haven Florida is absolutely the worst. The website said open and 11 but they weren't open for individual... orders until almost 1. Then they ran out of turkey by 115 and said it would 30 minutes for more. And no pumpkin pie even thoughit was listed as part of the meal. My wife and I have ended up splitting one meal. I will never go to a Boston market anywhereever again Read more
Incident at Hall Road Location on 8/22/22 ALERT/DANGER Anyone reading recent reviews, please be advised that as of 8/23/22 that... this location is closed and is still taking orders even though Google and Apple are saying the location is open. DO NOT ORDERONLINE We placed a carryout order here yesterday (8/22) and received a order confirmation, however, upon arrival, we were met tolocked doors and unanswered phone calls. We paid almost 50 dollars for there to be no one at the restaurant and no communicationto believe otherwise. The corporate number WILL NOT ANSWER. I have tried to call for 4 days with no avail. Went to today with my elderly mother who ordered a pot pie and there was giant bone in it thank God nothing happened.....all the... food was not at the correct temperature in pretty sure I'll diarrhea later .......won't be back in fear of food poisoning themanager was very nice and understood its not her fault its boston markets fault for not having the warmer working shame on youboston market.....SHAME ON YOU Read more
Had an interview on July 3rd, at which I was offered Assistant Manager position, at the store in Lansing, MI. Was told they... would call me the following week to schedule training. That week came and went. I called. Was told they would call me next week.They didnt. I called on Fri, today, was told to call back in 1/2 hour. Then was told manager would call me in an hour. Usually they are closed due to lack of chicken. I called & they said they had chicken so I went. It was raw...I was told upon... arrival there was only meatloaf. Several customers disgusted, manager could care less. One man waited 40 min. & Gave up. Thestore also smells like it has a gas leak. Very dangerous...always horrible experience..I give up. Horrible ordering experience at Boston Market, Allen Park, Michigan. Ordered curbside online. Got the sliced Turkey breast... with two sides and two pot pies. To be ready in 30 mins. Showed up and called at designated time. Was told they don?t haveTurkey breast at this time. Also was told they didn?t put the pot pies in the oven yet and that I?d have to wait 15 mins!!!! How do you not see the order and act accordingly? When I mentioned their website didn?t reflect the unavailability of theTurkey, she blamed corporate for not updating the website! Horrible staff horrible food. Horrible management. I witnessed multiple people standing there doing nothing and gossiping about... other coworkers. This whole location if falling apart and in my opinion Boston market needs to close down all of their storesbecause they are the most unprofessional restaurant I've ever been to. Read more
