I have been to this location twice now when passing through and its always so stale and gross tasting. The buns were hard and... cold and the fries were soggy and didn't even taste like mcds fries. Considering this is such a busy location you'd think itwould have a high turn around to be fresh. Read more
We stopped in for takeout on our way from Revelstoke to Calgary. It's was fairly busy and took quite some time to get our food.... Its also annoying that we didn't time customizing our drink orders on their ordering kiosks when we ended up getting our owndrinks (I should have realized we were going to pour our own drinks to be honest). Our order number disappeared from theirscreen after they called a number 2 higher than ours (like 128 when we were 126 or something) so I asked if I should beconcerned that our number disappeared. I was told it meant they were packaging it up even though it didn't put our number on the"now serving" sure. But I'm the end, the order was filled correctly and the food was your standard McDonald's fare. I'm surewe'll be back on some future pass through the area. Read more
Drive through yet again was a disappointment. They completely missed my oldest daughters order, which had me going back to get... the Big Mac meal after wolfing my food down. No offer to discount or give the missing food items for free and BARELY anapology. Really not hard to build an order?and the frequency here is HIGH. Losing faith on service. Read more
A good rest stop on your drive to or coming from BC. It is a very high traffic place but the staff work quickly and are able to... get your order completed in a 5-10 minute period. The taste is the same as other McDonald's in Canada but it does feel like thesandwiches have shrunk over the years. One of the items we ordered was a filet-o-fish sandwich and we are pretty sure it used tobe bigger. Read more
There's nothing inherently wrong with this McDonald's, other than the fact that it's extremely busy, but there's such a huge... missed opportunity for them to have more park benches outside the restaurant. They only have two, and they are constantly busy,making it very difficult to sit down and eat outside. They have space for at least eight tables if they space them out, and Iwish they would because it's preferable to the packed interior. Read more
Staff was nice. I'm sorry you had to deal with a customer who was angry their card declined. Not all Americans act like that.... Food was good. Service was handled great, given the tough customer holding up the drive thru line. Read more
Very chaotic restaurant. Only gave one dipping sauce for 10 McNuggets. Weird traffic flow for the drink machine. And the... bathroom was disgusting. Read more
Stopped on the way home, for a quick snack. Fries were delicious. Very busy location though, seeing as it is located in a busy... hub for people to rest and pass through on their travels. Ended up eating the said fries in the car, because it was so crowdedin the restaurant. Read more
