Drive thru customer service needs improvement. I was charged too much until I questioned it at the window. Forgot a burger and... then laughed. Few fries in the large size and chicken strips were tiny. Not worth the price! Read more
Absolute trash customer service, woman at the front counter was ignorant and condescending. I was simply trying to explain my... request as I wanted my dessert custom and she cuts me off says she won?t that. When I asked why and said every other Dairy QueenI stop at on my travels has no issue, she tells me she?s not arguing with me and I?m clueless. Eat absolutely anywhere else. Ifthe front counter staff is this classless I can only imagine the owners, apple doesn?t fall far from the tree and no selfrespecting owner would let someone this ignorant work the counter. Read more
