If you like fresh pasta, this is the place. I have been buying pastas and sauces from ?the pasta queen? for 5 years. Susan?s... stuff is to die for! Ravioli, noodles, gnocchi, cannelloni and sauces that are out of this world! I go in once a month and?stock up?. Yes, I freeze it! Then, I deliver it to my sons in the Bay Area and my neighbors. Today was our first visit to The Pasta Queen. We called ahead and spoke with Susan telling her we lived an hour away and wanted... to make sure there were raviolis still available today. She very kindly offered to set our order aside to make sure they did notsell out. Of course when we arrived and saw all the sauces, pastas and oils, etc and added to our order. When we arrived backhome we noticed the wonderful olive oil was about two weeks away from its expiration date. We called Susan and she immediatelyrefunded the amount of the oil and offered to deliver a replacement to my home on her personal time. Bravo Pasta Queen forhaving such a stellar employee , amazing customer service and products. We will not hesitate to drive an hour again to purchasemore delectable food items in the near future. We thanked Susan for her offer of home delivery and told her that was notnecessary and we will purchase more oil on our next visit. Now that's a spicy meatball. I'd highly recommend trying this pasta shop out. The owner is friendly, the food is fresh and... flavorful, plus the price is very reasonable for such a high quality experince. I am a professional chef and I help people throw awesome dinner parties. The Pasta Queen is my fresh pasta resource for all of... my events. I mean, I could go to all of the trouble (and massive amount of time, not to mention the huge mess) to make my ownfresh pasta for 2 or 4 people but I would rather leave it to The Past Queen!
