Food really wasn?t good. Looked nice but taste was far from tasty. They used a lot of fried breaded portion from shrimp. And... very little shrimp. Literally 5 to one size difference. Shrimp was only half the size of a pea. Not meaning to complain. But Ibeen here twice. And server was not kind to me and my father and she was hardly available even when only four guest were inhere. Great sushi for Sacramento region! It's really hard finding a sushi restaurant that 1) has great service. Really top notch A+... service. They made some exceptions to our unique situation and we are extremely grateful for that. 2) has really fresh fish withdecent size rolls. 3) has really good prices on their rolls and sashimi platters. Seriously. They have "50% off" constantly sothe average roll is $8-13. All their sashimi and nigiri combos ranged around 16-30 bucks (omakase is 180 so that is anoutliar). 4) really fast at making sushi. Didn't need to wait too long. 5) locally owned and operated As you can tell, I reallyenjoyed my stay here and will be coming back for future visits. I tried the chirashi platter, orange blossom roll, North starroll, spider roll, Manhattan roll, pink lady roll, spicy Johnny roll, uni nigiri, and their soup/salad combo. Chirashi platter- all the fish were fresh, thick slices and it came with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, octopus, imitation crab, Masago, takuan, seaweed salad, and some other sides with a fair bit of rice. I was under the impression that chirashi would be smaller chunks offish with more of a variety, but it felt like an upscale sashimi platter with rice, so I will definitely order this againbecause it was such a good deal. It came with the soup/salad too. I ate with 2 others and they gave us an extra soup (superkind!!). Looking back, it says chirashi is only for lunch but I ordered at 6pm for dinner. Rolls - all their rolls are prettygood. Impressed with the balance between sauce, savory flavor, rice, and meat. The tempura fried ones I loved, especiallyspider. I also loved orange blossom. Spicy Johnny and pink lady were okay. Uni nigiri - was a little too ocean-salty and notvery sweet or fresh. Would not order again. So 100% I will come back. If I could do decimal ratings, it would be 4.7/5. Read more

I've been coming here for a while now and its a pretty good sushi spot. It's a small building so not much indoor room so the... wait may be long during the evening dinner hours. The sushi is tasty and prepared nicely. The staff is helpful and really nice. The selection of sushi is pretty wide so lots to choose from. Overall a good experience, would reccomend. Read more
Quality sushi and reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere, but service can be a little leisurely though. All in all a good... experience and you won't be disappointed and they are open later than others in the area for those who may work late. Read more
