I walked in to order a takeout pizza. They were fairly busy but my order was taken and I was advised of a 45-60 minute wait... (which was accurate). I sat at the bar and had a nice bloody Mary while waiting. The large, thin crust pizza was good. Otherdishes I saw as I waited looked tempting as well. Nice place. Read more
We typically order from here a few times a week, and I must say that we will never order from here again! Lola was extremely... rude to myself and then she was extremely rude to my husband! When my husband called to speak to a manager, Lola told him therewas no manager or supervisor available! When he told her the issue she was very rude to him as well! Rosati?s has lost one oftheir regular, loyal customers due to the rude attitude of their employee, Lola! Lola apparently has not been trained on whatgood customer service is! The attitudes of the servers needed adjustment and the owner has been working hard to get her employees to be more customer... service focused. The Kareoke is great and not sure why it isn?t on Saturday?s. Pizza is great. Read more
Pizza was over an hour late for delivery, female that answered the phone was rude when we called to check on the late delivery... and then proceeded to blame the delivery driver. Pizza was so dry from being in the warmer for so long that the cheese andtoppings had separated from the crust. Maybe they should try doing something else if they cant provided the bare minimum ofservice. Read more
Great meals! The ravioli is amazing and the meatballs are excellent. Ambiance is very classic Italian. They have music on... fridays, lots of good singers. Wonderful and friendly staff. Read more
You should ask yourself.... would I eat this burnt a** pizza ? Before sending it out of the kitchen. This is so wack. Loved... waiting 1hr 45 min for this pizza my kids cried as soon as they opened and saw and said "yuck!" :/ Read more
Pleasantly surprised. This place is larger inside than expected. Live music was a nice addition to the ambiance. The bar... area is seperated from main dining area. There are many TVs to watchand the staff is very personable. Read more
I thought it was time to try Rosati?s pizza , we had a coupon for $3 off. Drove over just to make sure order and discount was... done correctly. One bartender/waitress for 12 people. It seemed she was handling things, calling regulars by name. Then whenpeople came in I could see problems. One person was told their order would be up soon, he waited 15 minutes and it was waitingin the warmer all along. Then I was told they lost my ticket and wanted to know if I still wanted my pizza. The cooks had beensinging and ringing the counter bell. At least they were having a good time. Received a free beer and finally a pizza. Sheopened it for me , looked good. Drove home and it wasn?t the pizza I had ordered. I am not recommending Rosati?s Pizza. Watchedpeople walk out not bothering to place an order, they were smarter than me. Heard regulars at the bar talking about the poorsystem for ordering food. Everyone has preferred pizza toppings and when you get toppings you don?t like on a pizza after youwait for over an hour.
