First time eating here. There were 22 of us for our monthly ladies luncheon. WOW!! GREAT SERVICE for such a large group and... the food was absolutely delicious. We had a room set up especially for us...it was perfect. Highly recommend this restaurantnot only for the food, service and atmosphere but the friendly folks we encountered. Read more
We drove an hour & a half to go to this restaurant because people had left good reviews. The server seemed to be attentive... enough, but everything we ordered was out of stock. She said all the turkeys had died. I thought "I hadn't planned on eating itlive anyway. That'll be fine. We were disappointed to say the least. Our second choices really weren't what we wanted & for whatlooked like a seniors spot, the prices were outrageous. We were hungry & had driven too far to go looking for anotherrestaurant, so we ordered anyway. To top it off, we wound up having to some old freekin nutball at the next table fight with awaitress 15 minutes, while we were eating, about "the salt poured out too fast." For crying out loud! He was about 80 years old.Doesn't he know how to pour salt yet. Someone aught to slap his mama. I guess we don't need to go there again. Now we know. Read more
First time at Cafe and definitely will be back. Great food and service. Huge portions. They make their own onion rings and the... freshest bread I?ve ever had at a restaurant. Just a heads up, take cash as they charge 3.5% extra for a charge card. But wellworth the extra charge. Read more
Let me first say the food is good of what I have had. The service was lousy. Tracy was our waitress. I ordered water to drink.... She brought me a small glass while everyone around us she brought big glasses. She then proceeded to bring those with bigglasses water to top off the glasses. I got nothing. Then we had to ask another waitress for a to go box and our bill. We waitedfor Tracy to come and collect. Lucky for us we had the exact amount of cash, so we finally just left it on the table and left. Read more

Showed up with my husband on a Saturday and we were seated immediately. We were able to put our orders of an eggs Benedict with... a side of hash browns and a fish sandwich in within five minutes of arriving. We were quickly served two cups of coffee. Thequickness of service ended there when after an hour of being seated, we were told that there were larger parties ahead of usthat they just finished cooking for, and that our orders had only just been started. There seems to be a lack of understandingof the capacity of the cooks, as we would've preferred to have been told there was a wait or not seated altogether had we knownit would be over an hour to get our food. Thankfully, when we offered to just pay for the coffees and leave, our waitress let ustake them on the house due to the time wasted waiting on our order to even get started. Read more
