Under NO circumstances do business with this company. Placed an order online for delivery. Called them more than an hour later... saying where's my order. I wound up picking up my order. Placed an online order, after 40 minutes of my food not being prepped yet, I called the store. I found out with speaking Emily... (store manager/delivery driver) that she is the only full time driver for the location. I explained to her that the app said thedelivery would be less than 30 minutes. I asked her when the store would communicate with me that my order was going to be late.She said very promptly ?When they have time.? My reply was, ?When would that be?? ?I don?t know.? ?When will my order behere?? ?You can just cancel the order and get food elsewhere, or just pick it up yourself? ?When is my food going to behere?? ?Maybe within the hour.? ?Maybe? You know go ahead and cancel my order. Maybe since your managing the store and doingthe deliveries, you should tell your team to call the customers and set realistic expectations.? She then started to speakreally fast about how many orders she had to do by herself, then hung up before I could reply. Please get Emily help in and outof the store. Poor woman is way too extended for her capabilities. Shame on the owner for expecting so much from her. Read more
I have to give this 2 stars. Here's the good. Delivery was quick and online order was a breeze. The cheese sticks I had were... literally amazing. The driver was friendly. The bad thing is the pizza was pretty bad. I heard dominoes got a new recipe andstuff so I gave it a try. I could individually taste each of the toppings that's good but the crust had a weird texture on it(soft like a half fired pretzel), and the cheese tasted charred like a kitchen Blowtorch was run over it. Thieves. They refuse to honor online pricing, then jack the cost up by almost 4x. 2 medium pizzas (not specialty) cost more than... $40. Go to the Bashas and grab a frozen pizza. Your wallet will thank you. Read more
Ordered a pizza. Delivery tracker showed progress and delivery by Jeremy. No delivery. No answer on phone. Took payment. Have... tried 3 times to buy a pizza. Once closed with just a sign in the window. Once picked up but took forever. This is last time.Try to support local but...$30 for an undelivered pizza. Read more
We are so happy to have another delivery pizza place out by us! With so few options available, being that we are at the base of... superstition mountain, this makes a great addition to the delivery options out here! We ordered a little bit of everything totry it out and it was all great! The food came quick, was hot and all our sauces were there. Great job Dominos Gold Canyon! Read more
I don?t normally leave reviews but when I saw the 1 star reviews I got a little worried after I ordered my food. Food was great!... Ordered off the Domino?s app it was fast and easy and got our food relatively fast ordered around 6:30pm. Food was hot andfresh, very good! First time ordering from this particular Domino's. What i got was comparable to a frozen pizza in looks and texture. Very few... ingredients and was sliced way off center so some slices were short and narrow while others were long and wide. Disappointed inthis location. Not going back. Read more
