Honestly my lemonade was more ice than drink and was not what i ordered and my fries were a lot of tiny chips but I give the... store a 4 stars because Peggy at the till was swamped today and she rocked it. She was polite and never lost her cool despitehaving a line up almost out the door and being the only one at the front. She took orders, ran food and kept things moving witha little help from others. Ordered the Vanilla Frosty-ccino. We had one at Wendy's in London and it was amazing...so when we took a sip we anticipate the... same great taste but sadly that didn't happen....pretty sure it was just ice coffee...no frosty to be seen or taste....according to the Wendy's web site it should be half frosty and half coffee we got half and half ice cubes....very disappointed. Probably one of the dirtiest kitchens I've ever seen. I went in to place an order as drive thru was busy. What I saw behind the... counter was disgusting. When I asked the lady that took my order if she was the manager and she said yes I told her she shouldreally consider washing the counters and cleaning behind the counter and she laughed and like it was cute .. I said its notfunny. Your restaurant is grossly dirty. She really didn't understand. Even where the food was being prepped was disgusting andquestionable. I took my food home but couldn't bring myself to eat it. I threw it out. I won't be back or recommend the place. Read more
I hadn't gone to Wendy's in awhile, but thought I'd grab a bite to eat there. I try to eat healthy, and figured their grilled... chicken would fit the bill. And a black coffee. The french fries - ok, yes, hello trans fats. Anyway, I ordered two grilledchickens for the two of us, and while waiting was informed they were out of ready grilled chickens and only had a single grilledchicken left. Otherwise I'd have to wait fifteen minutes. Not sure whether that was the thawing time, or whether a truck wasdue in fifteen, or that was the time needed to round up and pluck the free range chickens out back. (Probably not the latter Iadmit). I volunteered to take the "classic" deep fat fried substitute for one of the sandwiches, and get the last grilledchicken for the other. Turned out not to matter, as both were breaded and tossed into the fryer. A trifledisappointing. Still, the girl at the front was friendly and pleasant. Restaurant was clean. They had some picnic tablesoutside that one could eat at. Read more
