Closed earlier than advertised on Google. We arrived just after 9 and they were closing at 10. The wait staff still took the... time to take our order, and check in on us several times. First of all, I love chucks and have been to chucks all over ontario. This is one of the worst we've been to. Service was great,... but that is where the positive parts of our experience ended. Steaks were not seared so were a little tough and chewy. One wascooked properly, the other was over. Fries tasted like they'd been sitting for a while. Tap water was terrible and tasted likechlorine. Kids burger was over cooked and dry. Ketchup packets?? Seriously? This is the only Chucks in ontario where we've beengiven packets of ketchup. Corn was burnt. This Franchisee needs to take a trip to grand bend or London to see how to properlyrun a Chucks. There are too many good restaurants in Goderich, we will not be back. Read more

Chucks Roadhouse is such a good restaurant chain. This one itself is absolutely terrific!!! The layout is nice and cozy , has a... great bar, and the staff here are very good at their job. I was impressed by the courtesy they offered and will definitely beback in the future! From someone that is used to Toronto?s prices Chucks is actually really cheap . Food is ok ( you have the appetizers for 50% off... after 9pm) , service was ok as well. If it?s your first time in Goderich and you want to have dinner a little later this is thespot . Read more
