I stop going to this location their food is never cooked correctly. The food is either hard or room temperature never hot. I... bought some onion rings here on the mobile app that were too hard and was told I couldn't get a refund but they kept the onionrings away and didn't give me the onions back. This visit was a good experience but overall this particular location has on a huge scale has not given me the correct order.... Seeing that I normally order drinks, I would not think it would be that difficult. Maybe due to high turn over rate and trainingnew people all the time. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt seeing as many places are short staffed and most fast foodhas a high turnover. Read more
We were greeted outside by a friendly employee on his break. That's worth a whole star in my book. ???? Otherwise, we were there... only briefly, passing through on a trip. Bathrooms are nice, the drinks are refreshing, and there is a bit of grass to talk thedog. It's a good place for a quick stop. Read more
If it was possible to give zero or negative stars I would. This location is absolutely terrible! They need to close shop and... work on everything but mainly how they deal with customers. I 100% understand they are short staffed but the way the managerhandled things was way wrong. Sunday the 29th I ordered from the app when arrived we decided to order some milkshakes from thekiosk. Our food came out within 10 minutes however we waited an additional 30 minutes for our two milkshakes and they finallybring it out and they only brought us one and it was basically soup and we told him we didn't want that since it was very muchmelted. We then requested a manager to just get a refund at that point and we're immediately told they only had two car hops. Okcool dude I still want a refund. I then walk to the front door to get the manager myself for the refund. They issue the refundfor only one milkshake and then we leave even though we got no milkshakes at all. When we arrived home I began going through thebag only to find out they didn't include my food. I call the store and ask for a manager (yet again) and say I would like arefund for the food I didn't receive. I am then told to call back and talk to the general manager. When I told her I just wantedthe refund she finally says she issues it. Now the food we did get was pitiful. Terrible quality and not even a full order.Avoid this location at all cost. I shouldn't have come back so it's partly my own stupidity. Last time I was here I should've gotten a full refund plus some just... for the audacity of bringing that garbage out to me. The onion rings were not even CHEWABLE. I decided not to waste anymore ofmy time over 7$. Today, I had to go to 2 different stalls to get anyone it took 20 minutes for someone to answer! Now.
