My order was correct. The lady that took my order and delivered it to my car was super friendly.
Every time I come to this sonic, they are always out of something. The service is very slow. This is the second time I?ve been... here where they?ve allowed me to order something that they knowingly were out of, and they proceeded to either bring nothing inreplacement or something completely different. I stop going to this location their food is never cooked correctly. The food is either hard or room temperature never hot. I... bought some onion rings here on the mobile app that were too hard and was told I couldn't get a refund but they kept the onionrings away and didn't give me the onions back. This visit was a good experience but overall this particular location has on a huge scale has not given me the correct order.... Seeing that I normally order drinks, I would not think it would be that difficult. Maybe due to high turn over rate and trainingnew people all the time.
