Went inside and ordered the food at the kiosk. Got my little number and sat at the table. After 20 min I went to the counter to... ask what was going on and was told the kitchen was busy. So I waited another 10 min and approached the counter and asked aboutmy order. I was told it went missing and they would remake it. Asked for a refund and the manager was just so mattet of factabout it like processing refunds is the norm without solving the actual problem. Read more

Lunch time at that so u would think everything... would be fresh best of all my number 4 original came with just chicken and a bun. This place is one of the few remaining Play-Places in Upstate. Service is fairly good and food is good for fast food. The... Atmosphere would be excellent but the Play Place gets no attention or minimal attention in terms of cleaning and safety cusions.It's a shame because kids love it and it's a great option in the winter as there is nothing else in the area. I was driving through Gloversville on my day off for some errands, and figured I?d stop to get a burger quick before heading... home. What a mistake that was. I got a double cheeseburger, small fry, a small coke, and 2 apple pies. The burger and friesthey got right, but the apple pie was disgustingly cold, to the point where I wanted to return it, but didn?t bother as I waitedalmost 15 minutes for fast food. I get that they?re short staffed, but you can tell they?re clearly mismanaged by incompetentleadership. The restaurant was dirty, garbage all over the floor, the dining area stunk of something foul and was miserable tosit in and eat; even for a quick bite. The Johnstown one is better, but still isn?t perfect. When you really want somethingquick, go to that location instead. It?s sad too, because as a kid, this McDonald?s was the one to go to as opposed toJohnstown; the play place was it.
