Fast service, clumsy staff. Employee didn?t make sure the lid was on properly prior to giving me my green tea, and it fell all... over my lap, and burnt me. How a 2 second task could?ve prevented this all haha. Read more
Had the chili deal. Gone are the real bowl and plate. Chili was pretty much the same just half of a normal portion and half a... piece of bread. Didn't even get to choose white or brown. There was a cashier lady and she didn?t listen me well. She wrote the coffee names wrong on cups. When I ask that which one is... black coffee, she yelled at me. I was in a hurry, so I didn?t have time to argue. I will never go there again. Is this yourquality??? And wifi doesn?t work. Read more
Worst customer service i ever experienced in any tims by far. The staff is unprofessional and very rude, they talk in their own... language i can hear them laughing. Every time i ask for homestyle biscuit toasted with extra butter. Its comes barely heatedregular amount of butter and i get charged for it. Zero customer service ethics and knowledge. I've been to this location a lot, I've never had any issues minus them having no potato wedges or missing certain meats later in... the night, which I understand completely. Other then that great staff and I've always had great service. I do always gettake-out. Read more
Worst customer service ever! I've been coming here for quite a while now. Not sure if it's because they changed some of the... staff but their customer services have been getting very bad lately. Although I had been served barely toasted bagels when Iasked for double toasted. I figured it was because they were in rush hour. But when it's been now more than 4 times I've startedto question their ability to take orders. Not only are my bagels barely toasted but when asked for double cream cheese, theyonly put the regular amount of cream cheese. They charge you for the extra but doesn't add it on! Today before I left I verifiedmy bagel and told the guy that my bagel was still squishy and barely toasted and asked if they could remake it. He got annoyedand said no that it was toasted. I gave it back to him and said that I wanted what I paid for. 2 other employees came to thewindow with him and tried telling me it was toasted. They opened the bagel and told me I should of asked for double toastedwhich was what I did! While making a new one I could hear them talking rudely and laughing about me! Never will I come hereagain!! Better part yet!! The bagel they "replaced" was less toasted and tasted off.. My suggestion stay away from there duringthe morning.. evening staff are professional and know what they are doing unlike the morning crew. Read more
