This place is run by a bunch of people who don't know what there doing. The orders are either missing stuff or taste horrible.... They do not pay attention to detail!!! Worst Tim Hortons to go to by far in Ottawa! Stay clear ! I've also noticed on my visittoday the lady making the food touched the knife she uses for buttering the bagels and food , she touched the computer buttonswith the tip of the knife! Store front is handled by one experienced n one in training person . Customer service is good , lacks little system. One of the... staff arrived late, the supervisor didn?t allow the staff to punch in and as a punishment asked her to get her uniform change nthen come n punch in her hours, so that she loose her 15 min. This is one of the WORST Tim Hortons i have ever been to, extremely poor customer service, they treat the staff and customers... horribly have witnessed both staff and customers being yelled at. The staff for both walk ins barely and drive through can getan order right, one crabby lady today got mad when she got the order wrong and blamed me, even though i repeated myself at least5 times and even waited until she punched each item into the register,(this was after the poor girl working cash, she lookednew, tried to take my order and was having trouble)maybe give your new staff better training.... bad attitude altogether( thereis one lady that is nice) its a busy location and staff move so slow, its no wonder why staff don't last there. whomever theowner is should look into better management, if the manager is the owner your in the wrong business if your going to treatcustomers and staff that badly. -10 stars if i could Check your orders people, too many mistakes!! Went to Donald Tim?s this morning and ordered my coffee thank goodness didn?t order any sandwiches cause the worker at the... sandwich bar used the knife twice to press the button and then continued to use that same knife to cut sandwich can we saygross. Working out of town and came here every morning dreading the terrible customer service and take out experience. Staff argued... with me over the blueberry donut I ordered on my last visit saying I ordered a plain donut despite the blueberry donut being onmy receipt but regardless, isn?t the customer always right? Today the egg in my farmers breakfast wrap was actually outside ofthe wrap..? There was sauce all over the wrap packaging.. I had to ask for napkins to clean but felt like a nuisance the way thestaff looked at me and gave me my napkins to clean off the sloppy mess of a wrap along with the coffee drippings all over thelid and down the side of my cup. Overall it was a terrible experience every morning but this was the only place near our hotel.Something needs to changed here whether it be the quality of service or the attitude given from the miserable staff.
