Excellent sushi for a takeout-only place. I got the Maki Combo B which was 30 rolls for $20. What a great deal. I loved the... variety of rolls. Service was courteous. I requested no sesame seeds and that was no problem at all. I ordered on a Sundayevening and my rolls were ready in 30 minutes, so pretty quick, considering they were busy. Excellent sushi! Great selection and quality ingredients. If you like inventive rolls, you should give this place a try. The... prices are really reasonable too. There aren?t too many sushi restaurants in the area so I was pretty excited for a new sushiplace. They just opened about a month ago but despite not being the most fully staffed, the owner tries really hard to fulfillorders and in a manner that guarantees freshness. Read more
Fantastic food! This shop is brand new and ran by a couple. Bare with them as it is a 2 person operation and they can get very... busy. They have online ordering available but once again be understanding and patient. We ordered many different items and theywere all delicious fan favorite was the chefs special! Ordered for the first time today and we were beyond impressed. Excellent quality, value, and service. We ordered the maki A set,... chicken katsu don, miso soup, sweet potato tempura maki, salmon sushi and the bubble tea. The portions were huge, and the foodwas all very fresh and delicious. Meh. I read the restaurant is fairly new, so maybe will improve with time, age, and experience? Sushi rice is well-seasoned but... overall the food was disappointing. Presentation was lackluster, and somewhat anemic. Tempura was not true to what tempuraactually is. Spicy Tuna roll was a tuna roll with spicy mayo drizzle so it was not particularly flavourful. Received randomfried chicken when we ordered the crispy chicken roll which was missing. I was so hopeful when reading the reviews, but can'tget excited about this restaurant...yet. Read more
