The staff are friendly and respectful, however after visiting this location and reading previous reviews, I noticed there are... discrepancies in the quantity of toppings used compared to other locations. My biggest reason I gave this rating was becausethese cashiers didn?t have a single clue how to count cash, and still didn?t even get it right once someone else counted it asecond time. Counting cash is a basic skill as a cashier, you cannot train your staff with the assumption they?ll never handlemoney. Read more
Worst subway in ottawa. Staff was very very disrespectful and rude. They are very cheap with meat and toppings and try to save... on anything they can resulting in a terrible tasting sub. I suggest you do not seek food at this location. There are many betteroptions in the area. Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! The staff is very rude and inconsiderate. They put half the amount of meat that any other Subway... would put on your sub. They are very very cheap with the meat and toppings. If you ask for extra of anything they give you dirtylooks and treat you with disrespect. For all these reasons, the sub turns out terrible. Been ordering from them for awhile now. They had messed up my last order with the wrong items. I'm leaving a 4 star review... because how they handled the situation.
