Ordered two sandwiches from the menu. The turkey melt and chicken salad wrap. Was charged $10.75 + tax for chicken salad with a... few stray cranberries, and a piece of lettuce. no salt, pepper, seasoning or even the walnuts that were stated on the menu. Theturkey melt was supposed to come with turkey, swiss, bacon, tomato, and drizzle which I assumed was balsamic or somethingsimilar. It was turkey and cheese. Period. For $11.75 + tax. Same price as the sandwich i ordered, from the menu, which iordered by the name as it is written, on the menu. Absurd. And waited 20 minutes, as they said that was how it would take, andwalked out of my way for this. Quality of turkey is good. Everything else about this experience was so incredibly disappointing.
