It?s a shame that the bagels and cream cheese are that good because after you see how dirty the inside of this place is, and... after you get greeted by one of the two miserable employees that run the front registers, you truly wish bagel world wouldexpand to Gloucester. Both bagel world and Jim?s bagels have outstanding New York style bagels. Bagel world is by FAR becomingworth the drive on the simple fact that there aren?t sesame seeds at the front door from 2019. The only time I have enjoyed abagel from Jim?s lately is when it?s been bought for me and brought to me by a friend or co worker. If I didn?t have to feellike I was a burden to the staff by simply spending money there, or if I didn?t have to see the filth with my own to eyes, ifall I had to judge from Jim?s was the food I?d say it?s delicious and worth every penny. But to have to be made to feel bad forjust buying bagels by the staff, and to see the dirt on the floors that literally stays there for ever ( I know this because Itry them again every couple months or so) it makes me have to give them 2 stars. I hate to see this cuz I love supporting localbusiness. Can?t support a business who has dozens of poor reviews and hasn?t addressed the concerns of the customers even onebit. We Used to come here all the time and was very disappointed on todays visit and not sure we will be back. Walking in was... shocking at how dirty everything was. Take a look next time at the bottom of the atm and see all the grime on the bottom of it.The floors were disgusting and had stuff everywhere, crumbs dust hair napkins etc. Behind the counter was ever worse. Once wegot up to the counter to place an order we were met with wicked rude attitudes from the employees. Such a shame to see how badthis place has gotten. Read more
Got a breakfast sandwich, it was decent but I wouldn't go back. Felt so uncomfortable the whole time I was there. The girls... behind the counter were giving me dirty looks and laughing to each other.
