A beloved family style restaurant nestled away from the main road headed into Globe.. Very affordable prices for large portions,... we definitely walked away full and happy... The best salsa in town, big bowl of homemade flour tortilla chips upon arrival andour drinks were never empty.. fast service, attentive waitress and our chip bowl was refilled again... My kids devouredeverything on their plates and were happy and satisfied.. The restaurant itself was small in the dining area but maybe there wasa room for private parties? We didn't care as the food, service and prices were top notch... I wish there was food like this inthe city but if there was, I'd be there every chance I could and I would be as big as a house... Service was horrible and food was the most disgusting thing I had ever eaten. All the meat and sauces were from cans. I could go... on but there were no spices to season any of the canned boiled meat. Absolutely do not believe what you hear about this beinggood food or an authentic experience. Stale chips priced by the bowl sums up everything you need to know about this place andhow it is nothing more than a tourist trap. Save yourself the time and warm some SpaghettiOs at the nearest gas station. Read more
My husband and I stopped here on a whim as we were headed out of town. Omgoodness absolutely amazing. The service was fast and... friendly, the food was hot fresh and too good for words. We will be back!!! Read more

After driving in a new Jeep over the Four Peaks pass and coming around the back side of Roosevelt Lake my friend and I were... getting really hungry. We looked on Google Maps for a Mexican restaurant in Miami, AZ and it led us to Guayo's on theTrail. First time here. Great atmosphere. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and the food was the best Mexican food we've everhad. Definitely will return here again. If you're in the area, please stop in and try the food. You'll be a repeat customertoo. The Miami/Globe Arizona area is a mecca for great Mexican food and the only place that comes close to Guayo's on the Trail is... Guayo's El Ray. I only wish they were down in the valley so I could eat there more often. Read more
