I agree with all the recent reviews on here about service. The gal working the register could barely even crack a smile or say... something other than related to the order, which was very short and snippy. The gal behind the coffee bar was really nice! Iknow there's staffing shortages in this area but the person who owns this place seems clueless as to what's going on day to day.Breakfast sandwich looked yummy but was flavorless. Being short staffed is no excuse for lacking manners. If the two women here are so miserable making mediocre coffee and warming... up stale food, then perhaps it's time for them to go into something more suitable with their lack of personality. I'm sorryyou're so miserable. I'm so sorry you hate what you do. I'm sorry your sour faces lead your days. You hate it and it shows. Butdon't take it out on the coffee. If I could give zero stars I would! Very rude staff. When I asked for a gluten free breakfast sandwich I was asked if it was... allergy related or preference! When I said allergy, they snapped at me and said" clearly you can see it is going to becontaminated " Don't advertise that you do gluten free if you have no idea how to clean your counters! Being a manager in the retail industry, I enjoy to go on vacation and be on the other side. Unfortunately not once but twice my... wife and I had nasty/horrible service. It is time for a change in staff or at least an intervention. On a positive note theyare in a good location and open early. With staffing issues it causes all staff to have issues and be overwhelmed. Tried to order a sandwich and coffee and the girl with a bunch of tattoos cut me off with a super nasty attitude when I was... trying to finish my order. Nothing prompted her aggression. I tried to say it was uncalled for and she just got more nasty back.Cancelled my order and left. Tried my boyfriends coffee and it?s not worth it anyways. Don?t waste your money. Read more

Nikki is the manager here I had the privilege of her making my coffee this morning. Regular hot white chocolate mocha. Megan... made the cinnamon roll and Samantha checked me out! These ladies rock.
