My entire order was wrong except for the fries!!! My drink was the wrong beverage, I received the wrong amount of nuggets,... didn?t receive either of the sauces I ordered (but did get a bunch of bbq that I never ordered!!), AND MY QUARTER POUNDER WASCOMPLETELY MISSING! To add to the whole distress the employee (a man 20?s-30?s with long hair working the cash window ofdrive-thru) couldn?t figure out how to use his computer, was screaming across the store, and in an almost manically upset state.He didn?t acknowledge me at all for 2 minutes until he simply said ?it?s $17.76? without even looking toward me? very odd andmade me extremely uncomfortable. The guy at the first window argued with me about my coupon. I understand that people have to train, but his trainer also told... him that my app coupon wasn't for what I had asked for. I finally had to show him the road exact wording on the app. I'mconfused as to why the code I provided didn't prevent this issue. I don't come through the drive thru for a confrontation. Read more

I live in Glenwood and visit this place very often and every time I do the employees are rude and seem like they don?t... understand how to do their job. The only employee that seems to be respectful is the young man at the first window. Read more
