Spit in my drink and added grease or whatever substance in it. Also did something to my food because I complained about it not... being fresh. I never ate it, when I returned it the following day the drink had all the residue sitting at the entire bottom rimof the cup. Very unprofessional staff and management. Restaurant either needs to become something else or shut down. PERIOD.. Read more
When i received my food; the fries unfortunately were not fresh. When i noticed behind counter it was unfortunately not clean... Mainly by the fryer. Other than that their customer service was great! Read more
They didn't put the bacon I paid extra for on my Dave's double cheese burger, so I had to fry some at home and put it on my Big... Dave's DBl cheese burger and it was perfect!. My choc frosty was great and Wendy's fries are the best fast food fries! I loveWendy's, but I deserve to get what I pay for. Maybe next time ???? Read more
I don't understand this place. One day the food is great everything is just like it should be the next day I get the nastiest... old microwave grease pocket burger with chili thicker than oatmeal I got a poor water in just to eat. And it's always like thishere I hate this place. Sometimes when I want Wendy's I just avoid it all together because 90% of the time the food is bad here. Read more
The service is terrible. I waited in line for an half an hour. When I finally got up to the drive up speaker I then find out it... doesn't work, maybe the line would have moved faster had the staff put an out of order sign on it. I drove to the windowthinking we have to place our order there only to see an employee with his pants half way down, rubbing and brushing his hair inthe food area. I left because I've only been vaccinated for Covid-19 not for the germs and bacteria they were passing out. Read more
Only a few people were working, but the wait time was reasonable and the young man at the register was awesome. (He had long... braids or dreds.) My only complaint is that the condiment stand was completely empty except for 3 hot sauce packs and the sodamachine was not working. They just filled my drink behind the counter. Way better than the Wendy's on Route 30 in ChicagoHeights. Read more
I got the $5 big box with twist okay for the price and I like that you can connect to the machine without touching it with your... phone and they had pretty. And it had pretty good customer service customer service with no problem. Read more
Ordered the bacon pub cheeseburger only to find a hair in my sandwich. Thankfully I looked at it before eating it because that?s... nasty. Went back to get a new burger made and although there was no hair, there was honey mustard and no beer cheese. Ispecifically said no honey mustard. I feel like they did it on purpose. Overall this establishment needs to be better. I waiteda few minutes at the drive thru speaker just for someone to only say Wendy?s monotone and not inviting at all. This service wasa 0 for sure.
