I ordered the classic chicken sandwich from here one time and it was so good I ordered the classic chicken sandwich again today... and two biscuits the biscuits were so hard and the chicken sandwich was so nasty I got sick I ordered this around 4:00 today andI'm just waking up it's 9:00 at night I had to lay down I felt so nauseous if I could go back and get my money back I would notto mention the rude customer service when I got there I won't be back at all I'm going to make sure everybody knows not to gothere as well. If y'all don't like your job you shouldn't be there and please don't mishandle the food that you feed peoplethat's just wrong. Read more
When we pull up there is workers inside arguing and while waiting in the drive-thru line the argument spills outside. It seems... that ALL the workers were outside vs inside serving customers. Because of the way the drive-thru is set up there was no way toreverse so I stayed in line. It took about 30 minutes so I ordered 10 piece family meal and chicken strips. All the food wasold! The chicken was refried. It was dark and extra greasy! My strips were the same! I feel like I threw away $35.00. If Iwasn't tired I would have taken the food back. Never again! Read more
Actually 0 stars. Inside is closed during the business hours. Staff very very rude and inconsiderate. The chicken was nasty... fries were cold and also nasty. Worse than mediocre. Staff is unprofessional and the expensive chicken we ordered today smelledso bad that you would think they just caught and cut the chicken up today. Almost made me think about going vegan after Ismelled the chicken under the skin. Please spend your hard earned money else where it?s not worth it. Close this place down andfired everyone in there. This place has went down! The service is Horrible! I had to wait 45 minutes for chicken and then the manager was rude. When she... finally showed up with the food she didn't apologize or even speak. Just handed the food and walked off. WOW! The service hasbeen going down for about a year now but the last order I placed was the last straw. On average, I spend $35 to $42 at Popeyesper visit. That's quite a bit of money for bad service. I'll take my money elsewhere! Time to find a new chicken spot! Read more
I was disappointed this visit. I always get my chicken sandwich from here because it has always be fresh. This go round, they... were very busy. It was Friday after work. When I received the sandwich it looked like it had been double fried--which means itwasn't as fresh as usual and the ends of the chicken were rubbery. This isn't the norm for this location so I called and spokewith Manager about the sandwich. She was very professional and courteous. I will try it here again on a different day. They deserve ZERO STARS! Horrible service. The employees are ignorant and rude and they NEVER get your order right. Awful. They... need customer service training! The girl at the drive thru window, Ariana, didn?t even acknowledge me when handing me my food.She just held her hand out the window not even checking to see if I had it in my hands or not. Ordered two can dine asked to pay up charge for no thighs was told No! Waited I. Line 15 min to get to the window, paid my money... then was asked to pull around where I waited an additional 7minutes. Just to get home and have to throw away all the chickenbecause it?s all dark intentionally obviously! The window clerk was rude name Kara! The lobby was closed/locked at 8:50pm.
