Went in at the last minute for a big bagel ???? order a couple weeks ago for our weekly business meeting, The business was... packed. I was acknowledged and helped by this patient, knowledgeable, and helpful young lady right away. Lily was extremelyhelpful and explained all the choices of bagels and cream cheese available. I also ordered a box of coffee to go upon hersuggestion. She was a ray of sunshine. More companies need employee's like her. I will be using Manhatten Bistro and Bagelsregularly for our weekly meetings. Read more
I'm never going back to this place again. 3 visits in a row they've gotten my order wrong. I know how difficult it can be... working in a bagel shop during peak hour from experience, but how hard is it to make a simple egg n' cheese bagel with a pastryon the side when I'm the only costumer in the store? During this last visit the crew somehow got my order wrong THREE TIMES andwhen I got home I found out they STILL managed to get it wrong. I don't even know how that's possible. The crew literally has aprint out with my order in front of them. Even when they get the order right, it's still doesn't taste that great. The bagelsare small and they skimp out on toppings. I have come to Manhattan Bistro & Bagel several times before and I have always been impressed by their service. The staff are... always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean and inviting. I have found their portions to be hearty and filling, as wellas tasty. Recently I had a problem with the order and the issue was corrected without any issues, I was refunded and the ownercalled me to apologize. Excellent service and would highly recommend. Read more
