This place is running an online app scam when paying with paypal. You place your order and pay via paypal. Go to pick it up and... they tell you they didn't recieve the order. So you believe them and re-order and pay, despite that you already paid with appthrough paypal, right? Wrong. Got home, checked paypal and they were paid and recieved the order. Then they lied and stated wepicked up the order. LIARS! Here's the proof. Both dated Aug 25 for three wraps. Paypal order had cookies thus the diff inprice. I paid 54 dollars for three subs. on 5/14/2018 i went to this subway on my way from work and i was very hungry, I had a bible study class at 7:30 PM and i ordered... a cold cut combo wrap, not only did they not give me double meat like they were supposed to but they still charged me for theregular price of the wrap. After bringing it to their attention I was rudely spoken to by the gentleman that was working behindthe line. He wouldn't give me his name, i told him that i was overcharged and I felt ripped off , He told me that "SUBWAY RIPPEDME OFF and that I ripped myself off" I then proceeded to ask him for his name , he became very abrasive and rude with me andwouldn't give me his name .I asked him to refund me my money and he said very rudely again whose going to eat the sandwich andhe refuse to give me my money back. He told me to come tomorrow and talk to the manager. All this while there was a line ofcustomers waiting behind me. I called corporate and I spoke to Michael and told him how the customers where being treated atthis store. Michael told me all the wraps are double meat and that he shouldn't have spoken to me that way and that the owner ofthe store would get back to me. VERY BAD SERVICE < VERY RUDE. Will see if the owner cares enough to call me back. I would not goback there again. This is not about the money but about the way I was mistreated as a customer. Read more
