I asked for an americano with light water and extra ice and got no ice whatsoever. I also asked for 2% and got no milk.

You have so many good employees here. But you have got to train your one drive-through attendant who is working currently today... around 4pm CST, with glasses, female, dark hair, shortish, because she is the epitome of Grumpy Cat. We?ve visited maybe threeor four times in the last year. Not sure how long she?s been with you but she has been the drive-through attendant with eachvisit. She is so grumpy and or gives you nothing to work with, never smiles, and we have watched her blame other customers formistakes. Which of course is ridiculous and not the way that you solve the problem and isn?t necessary. This time we actuallysaw her pout at the customer when she had to correct an order. Literally stuck her bottom lip out and pouted like a toddler. Wehad to leave because we couldn?t help laughing at how ridiculous that was of her. I am sure that the Store Manager has noticedher attitude by now because it is inescapable and obvious to people who do not work in your field. It?s a simple fix but dude,she is such a sourpuss. In customer service or guest service, we all know that we have to put on our game face. At least a tinysmile. Just have her follow some of your employees who do a great job and train her, please, because we?re not asking you tofire her, just work with her to develop and strengthen her areas of opportunity. Is inside Target so a bit hard to find. :) Slower than other shops but coffee is worth it.
