They don?t know... how the point system works on the app, nor know what they even have in stock. The new people are horrible and don?t seem to careabout anything. Terrible experience everytime I go here. Barista asks me over 5 times what I want to order and even checks the register a... couple times every single time I go there. Needs to look in a book for the receipe. This morning I have 20 minutes to get towork and I thought maybe today it would not take 12 minutes to make a grande frappuccino....lol...I get inside and there is noone at the counter so I waited patiently for a few minutes to then turn around and find the barista chomping on food whilestrolling through the dessert section. I left! There have been times I will walk in and walk right out because she is there andI don't have 15 minutes to spare. I have seen other people leave as well after i have put in my order.
