Server threatened to call the Police on me JUST for asking why was taking so long? My family and I LOVE Potbelly! We are very... frequent diners at this location for over 15 years, never ever had a problem or issue of any sort... Until today, SaturdayAugust 20, 2022 at 1:20 PM! Restaurant not that busy (11 people in line), but was taking forever to move on, and after 18+minutes I placed my order with a very efficient preparer, I dare to politely ask the server after the oven, why was taking solong; the server stared at me with his eyes wide open and, instead to answer with a simple apology or any sort of excuse, hetold me: "if you like you can leave! There is the door!" Astonished (but still politely) I replied, "yes I will because I don?twant a cold sandwich, but first I want your name", he refused and then when I asked to talk to the manager, he introducedhimself as "The Manager" and then he threatened me to call the police on me if I was not leaving, and immediately he ran outfrom his station, to show me the way out! I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life, especially in the wonderfuland family oriented Glen Town Center where we live! I am a polite grandfather, low abiding citizen and this behavior should NOTbe acceptable anywhere! Read more

Ordered a pick up yesterday and they ONLY added meat and cheese to our Wreck when I had ordered everything on it! My dad... couldn?t even find the pick up area it had said to go to in the confirmation email. Very disappointed just because i ordered anearned a free sandwich(perks) it was not fully loaded because we wouldn?t see until we got home! It is extremely impossible tocontact someone online.
