Food was just OK for me. If you want authentic I would say this is the place as I was the only white guy there and needing a... fork with my to go box if you catch my drift. I had the #10 which had just a hint of teriyaki taste but was otherwise bland. Iwas also frustrated that the shrimp were tail on, which is fine if you want to crunch through and cut your throat. Presentationof the food was excellent, didn't make me sick which is a plus, and staff were nice though it was just awkward almost like awhite guy stopping in was unusual. (UPDATED REVIEW. Its good now!) Poor quality control. I?ve been to the one in Korea and it?s pretty good. This was my first time... eating at the Chicago branch and the noodles were jagged, cracked, and had poor texture. It seems there wasn?t enough moisturein the noodle dough. Update: it?s great now.
