THIS location was the worst drive-thru experience I have ever had. Extremely long wait- no one was answering at the speaker and... was rude when they finally did. By then everyone behind me had already started honking, and even shouting outside their cars.Someone even drove over the cone which blocked the first drive thru lane in order to bark his order at the speaker. I have neverseen so many angry and aggressive customers in a fast food drive-thru before. Very disgusting behavior, considering the areathis is in. It was pathetic, uncomfortable, and unbelievable to see people act like this... I rarely leave negative reviews.McDonald's needs to add more staff since this is actually not the first time I have had to wait long in the drive thru. Then,when getting my food, the staff on duty appeared overwhelmed, disorganized, and frantic. I will never come here again. Read more
I work right by this McDonald?s so I come here very often. I usually never leave negative reviews, but this McDonald?s has... messed up my order almost every single time I?ve gone there in the last couple years. I really don?t ask for much and I make itvery clear while ordering because I know this has been an issue previously. I would like regular honey over honey mustard and Iask for extra pickles on my burgers and every single time they put no pickles and give me a honey mustard instead. I know theyare very busy at lunch but they don?t take the time to actually read the order. It?s always correct on the receipt but theworkers see the word ?pickles? and just assume it means no pickles when in fact I?d like the exact opposite. I understand thisis something small but it gets very annoying when I have to get out the car to get the correct things I ordered or get back tomy office and what I ordered is always incorrect. I feel extremely rushed there. I don?t ever get a second to open the bag andmake sure the correct sauce is in there. They are always rushing you because the line is long. Worst service ever. Understaffed. Placed a mobile order for pickup in the restaurant. Waited 15 minutes. People were walking in... from their mobile spot asking why they have been waiting for 20 minutes. Driving home I find out the gave me a coffee straw formy large iced tea. Idiots. Read more
There's nothing more fantastic than your DC (Diet Coke) from McDonald's. It also is an added bonus when the staff is wonderful... too. This location has a team that cares, is attentive and puts a smile on your face. Read more
As far as a McDonald's goes this was a perfect visit. Great management. Service was fast, store was clean and order was right.... That's really all I ask for. We will be back soon! Read more
About half of the items I get from this location are inedible in the 3-4 times I?ve ordered from here. I am fond of McDonalds... but I am not fond of THIS McDonalds Things like recieving an Oatmeal at 8am that has a sticker that says ?Enjoy by 5:41am? anda Sausage Egg and Cheese with meat that smells sour and is overcooked is pretty disappointing. For some reason I got doublecheese without asking for it? This is only one of the orders and was finally enough for me to drop a 1 star review. $12+ canget you breakfast from a bunch of different places in Glenview - I wouldn?t spend it here. Read more
It's Mcdonalds... I do love their fries though. Service for a Mcdonalds is actually good.
